James Harwell started Regan Roofing, Inc. in 1981 with a single truck, two crew members, and a simple promise: do the job right or don't do it at all.
Years later, that promise still drives everything we do. We've completed over 5,000 roofs across Oceanside and surrounding areas — every one of them by our own licensed, insured crew. We've never subcontracted a job.
